# 为什么添加 IP 白名单后仍然无法连接？

添加白名单后仍无法连接，通常需要检查加入的 IP 是否为实际发起代理请求的公网出口 IP。

**常见情况：**

* **本地电脑使用：** 应添加当前电脑访问互联网时使用的公网出口 IP。
* **服务器使用：** 应添加服务器的公网出口 IP，而不是当前电脑的 IP。
* **动态公网 IP：** 如果网络出口 IP 发生变化，需要重新添加新的 IP。

**解决方法：**

1. 进入对应代理产品的 **IP 白名单** 页面。
2. 确认白名单中的 IP 与实际公网出口 IP 一致。
3. 如有变化，添加新的 IP 并保存。
4. 重新执行代理连接测试。

如果白名单正确但仍无法连接，请继续检查代理地址、端口、协议及套餐状态。
